My picks: Milani Haute Flash Full Coverage Shimmer Lip Gloss in Flashy and Bobbi Brown Blush in Pale Pink
It’s no secret that I’m a pink gal, I’ve loved the color since I was a kid and I guarantee one day I’ll be an old lady sporting pink glitter nail polish. It just makes me happy 
The Milani Gloss is like liquid lipstick in a tube. It packs a lot of pigment, the formula is opaque with just one swipe. It’s definitely shiny and shimmery but not at all frosty. The color is a bright, almost neon, fuchsia with blue macroglitter. The texture is thick and has a little bit of slip to it. It’s got some tackiness to it but not as sticky as most glosses (like a MAC Lipglass). The color isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but if you’re a pink girl like me, you’ll love how bright it is!
The Bobbi Brown blush {full review} is not at all a pale pink, so I’m not sure why it’s called that. The website describes it as a “bright pale pink,” and I’m still trying to wrap my mind around that concept. It looks crazy bright in the pan, my inner glitter/sparkle/hot pink monster would like to smear it all over my face. Since society says that isn’t an attractive look, I apply it with a fluffy blush brush to get a sheer wash of color on my cheeks.
Both are a cooler toned bright pink, so they really look nice together. I did a matte neutral eye with black liner. I did a little wing at the end of my liner and falsies… just because…
